CHICAGO – Tyrvaya nasal spray was shown to increase Schirmer scores within 4 weeks in the ONSET-1 and ONSET-2 clinical trials, Leslie O’Dell, DO, said at the optometry meeting.

Patients using OC-01 or Tyrvaya (Varenicline Solution 0.03 mg, Oyster Point Pharma) increased by 5.5 mm whether or not they started with mild or severe dry eye disease, she said. .
