KareXpert opens its doors in the Ophthalmology segment; aims to digitally transform eye hospitals, Health News, ET HealthWorld
These centers can now access KareXpert’s cloud-native, mobile and AI ready SaaS platform, delivering a 10x patient experience and coordinated care with EMR / EHR. The company has already rolled out these extensive solutions with the main hospitals of the Mahindra eye care group like Center For Sight (chain of eye hospitals across India) and intends to integrate the main chain of eye hospitals in India over the next 12 months.
Eye care hospitals work with specific medical models to filter and store client data. Since they are based on parameters like name, age, eye recordings, etc., many hospitals are looking to customize these models which increases their overall cost. KareXpert provides internal custom models (part of its EMR & EHR software) to its customers at an affordable cost. Because it is a ready-to-use ophthalmic solution, hospitals can implement it instantly instead of waiting around six months. The software is also equipped with an e-Claim and TPA insurance module, which allows faster processing of claims.
Speaking on the development, Nidhi Jain, Founder and CEO of KareXpert, said, âWe are proud to offer our integrated, advanced and cloud-based ophthalmic solutions to renowned eye care centers across the country. They will now be able to efficiently manage their operations with an almost one-click login as well as a quick view of transactions and patient engagement activities from anywhere, anytime. Our solutions will also help eye care hospitals achieve hyper-coordinated workflow, hyper-collaboration within operations, and transparent patient engagement. “
Dr Mahipal Sachdev, Founder of the Center for Sight, speaking in more detail about digital transformation, says: âIn the age of technological advancements, many industries have gone ‘digital’ to streamline their operations and deliver solutions centric. the customer. Likewise, the healthcare sector should also jump on the âdigitalâ wagon to make the experience fluid and comfortable for patients. “
